My watch shut off and when I charge it does not come on but it gets very hot.

I had my watch on my hand but all of a sudden it shut off. I see sign on watch like charging watch showing like snake type of sign with charger at end. I keep charging but it is getting very hot. Still watch does not come up.

Your description suggests a serious hardware problem. Contact Apple Support and arrange to get your watch examined by Apple's service technicians.
