Not getting Daily Cash Back For The Past Week

They keep telling me to give it 3-5 days and it should show up. It hasn’t. Guess I’ll just have to call them. I made a large appliance purchase and that was one thing that cash back never showed from as well as using in app purchases that should be 3% cash back. Never had a problem before the end of September and now I’m not getting any Daily Cash back for anything I purchase. I worn be using the card until this is resolved.

Mine finally showed up after numerous phone calls to customer service. I spent hours trying to get this resolved. Call the Apple Cash back customer service and from there they can connect you to someone who can help. It took well over 10 days for mine to finally show up.

To my knowledge it is verified. I’ve had it for several years and never had an issue until the past 10 days.
