Since I updated my Apple Watch it is not holding a charge. It does not stay charge the whole day. It probably stays charge just the morning. What can I do? I do not want to buy another one this one is still practically new.

I have the series 3 Apple Watch and I updated the software to the latest one and the Apple Watch dies fast fast. It does not last the whole day.

Hello StacyLM7383,

It may help to give things a quick refresh by restarting both the Apple Watch as well as the iPhone it's paired with:

Be sure to also check out the Maximum Capacity of the Apple Watch to see if it may be at the 80% consumed mark or lower. This can be found in Settings > Battery > Battery Health on the Apple Watch itself.

If you still experience issues you may also reach out to Apple Support here to explore additional options: Apple Support
