Unable to verify update

I have an issue with my iPhone X where it won’t let me update to the latest version. I tried many times to connect and reconnect to wifi but my wifi isn’t the issue and it still won’t verify. I can’t use cellular data. Whenever I try to restart it, won’t update. I even tried using iTunes using my laptop to see if it worked but no result. I also contacted apple through messages but they still couldn’t figure out my problem. Forgot to mention my phone has a broken screen and whenever i try to go into settings to reset something, it just freezes.

If you're unable to update your device, you'll need to follow If your iPhone or iPad won't update - Apple Support

"Try updating your device again using the same network. If you still see one of these messages, try updating your device using another network or update your device with your computer:

If the issue happens again after trying to update with multiple networks, remove the update."
