Hi , can someone advise please , Im getting this pop up once or twice a day also another pop up about " am I robot " . I have scanned my Mac and it says no virus , is this pop up really from Apple , I have deleted any apps I could see that weren't Apple apps and still the Pop up persists . Thanks Francis .

Perhaps try and clear the browser's history, some Safari settings allow this.
The pop-up is problematic to say the least. And that is not legit!

Looks like a scam! (mcaffee is almost/useless for mac)

Evidently main window appears as an McAfee screen; notorious in
that it clouds the true nature of macOS, higher than MS security.
So the browser should be purged as suggested; then run removal
tool from that antivirus/malware's fakery, before leaving it alone.
(And restart the Mac, too?)
Yep, absolutely a scam. Quit Safari from menu bar > click "Leave Page" >reopen Safari while holding down the shift key > clear history for the last day or however long the page has been up.
