If you check the technical specification on the Apple watch SE series, it does not have the hardware required for using ECG.

You would need the regular watch not the SE edition.

If you have the same Apple Watch as I and my family do, you do not have the capability of using it to check your ekg, or ecg as it is called by Apple.

I unfortunately have one of the model Watches that will not measure your ecg’s. Some of their watches are not capable of it.
