I'm adding a video with Alpha channel to my Keynote presentations. However, the transparency is not displayed; instead, the background turns white. They work when i play them in preview mode.
I'm getting a message "This movie may not play on iPhone or iPad."
When I toggle the optimization it still doesn't work.
My old Alpha videos are also broken. I'm rendering them in as usual in Pro4444
Any ideas?
If you are using Keynote version 13.2, then this is a known fault. Your options are to wait on Apple fixing this
or use Keynote 13.1 running in Mac OS 13.6.
If not using Keynote 13.2, post back with the Keynote version and Mac OS you are using.
