Money got deducted from my bank account for purchase of an app subscription but subscription is not active. Apple Store also shows no active subscription and even the app.
Either I should get my money back or my Subscription should work. Why am I facing this problem?

This could be due to a variety of reasons, that we don't know given the information in your post. We may need to know more to recommend a solution. my Disney Hotstar subscription was due for renewal on 19 june 2024. I cancelled auto debit in Apple subscription on 18 june 2024. but my Bank account was debited for Re. 1499/ and amount sent to Apple services on 18 june itself by UPIwith bank payment refernce -RR*********189. Apple neither renewed by subscription nor refunded me the monies wrongly received by them. It amounts to deceit & fraud by Apple for holding back my monies wrongly
