Since yesterday, I have been trying to update my 44mm Apple Watch SE 2, but I haven't been successful. I have followed all the suggestions from Apple's help page regarding the error 'Cannot Verify Update because there is no internet connection,' even though I do have an internet connection
Is anyone experiencing the same error?

If you're sure that your watch has an Internet connection and you still see the error, you might want to follow the steps in the article below.

You may want to try updating the Watch with the iPhone :
NB: Updating to watchOS 10 requires iPhone Xs or later with iOS 17.

Wondering what is happening when you try to update your watch
eg: error message ... can't connect to server ... update won't start .... update doesn't finish ... doesn't verify .... watch needs more space for update ... ?
The error message is: "Unable to verify update. Unable to verify Watch OS update because there is no internet connection." I have already checked, and indeed I am connected to a Wi-Fi network (it still loads even when I turn off the iPhone). I have 21 GB of free storage space on the Apple Watch. I have already unpaired the watch from the iPhone twice, and the same error persists
Wondering if the Watch may switch between wi-fi to internet and bluetooth to iPhone, and yet if updating on the Watch alone, it needs to stay connected to internet to verify the update ... I may be wrong ?
Also, seems a new Watch update (Watch OS 10.1) is now available.

I have already tried updating directly from the Apple Watch and also from the iPhone (iPhone 13 with iOS 17.0.3), both without success :(
