iOS update 17.0.3 I want to delete but no delete box appears

This appeared to be the current update version of your phone. After updating to latest iOS version this 17.0.3 will be changed with the latest.

I've updated to 17.1.1 and 17.0.3 was gone and released the storage.

That's correct, Apple doesn't support downgrading the operating system.

@gaZgoz is not talking about downgrading. The iOS 17.0.3 is stored on the phone and is huge with no delete option.
