Mystery alarm on my iPhone13

I bought the phone brand new.

I have no open apps, in fact I've not added apps other than one to my bank

I restarted my iphone, actually this alarm has been happening every Thurs AM at 6:30 not matter the number of times I've turned off my phone

I deleted all alarms using youtube help in my search for all alarms including secret alarms

I confirmed sleep & bedtime are not set; I've confirmed this 15 or 20 times.

I even tried changing the time for an alarm using the world clock - alarm setting feature. That changed zilch.

I dare not take my iphone into my bedroom Wed nights as it will always wake me up Thurs. at 6:30AM and continue to ring every 5 minutes until I turn the phone off totally.

Am at my wits end.

I named it a "mystery" alarm because I do know its source. I can only describe what I see every Thursday when I enter my office. I see at the top of the screen a lock. In the middle of the screen I see an elongated circle mustard yellow in color enclosing the word snooze. At the bottom is another smaller elongated circle enclosing the word stop. That's it. It happens every Thurs. AM at 6:30 like I described.

That is called an “alarm”. It is completely normal. They are supposed to wake you up like an alarm clock. Go to clock > alarms. You will see a list of times when this will happen. Just tap on the green toggles to disable them.

Clicking on the snooze button will delay the alarm for 5 minutes. Clicking on the stop button will end the alarm until it is next scheduled to happen.

Hope I helped.
