Password stolen on my iPad

I have been scammed by someone claiming to be apple

and they have my password I use to open my iPad

I have changed my password but am I safe

The scammers deceived me The scammers deceived me, asked me to enter their AppleId on my iPhone and changed the password. So that I could not log out and demand money from me. Now my iPhone is Locked to the Owner (scammers AppleId and password) Please help, I have the box and all the papers inside.
