Shazam on Iphone doesn't work.
I restarted the phone many times and deleted and reinstalled Shazam many times, but Shazam keeps on quitting immediately after I click on its icon.
Shazam still works on my desktop computer.
I have Iphone 8 and the latest software for it, which is 16.7.

I contacted Apple Support by phone. The automated advice from Apple's phone tree for Shazam help is to check the Apple Net site. So I checked the Apple net site. That's why I'm here; this IS the Apple Net site.

Under "Tell us what’s happening" enter Shazam app > Enter.
Under "Contact" > Select either Call or Chat.

Me too with an iPhone 14pro and 16.7 ios. I deleted the Shazam app and reinstalled and have same issue. My wifes Shazam works (same phone and same iOS). I am upgrading to iOS 17 tonight and will check back in with an update- if the new iOS cures this random issue.
Iphone 8 with software version 16.7 might have compatibility issues with Shazam. Contact Shazam support for assistance.
