FaceTime is available on all Chinese iphones. What is not available is facetime audio calls. And no, you can’t make facetime audio calls on a Chinese iphone no matter what country you’re in.

facetime is a feature avaliable on all iPhones, but FaceTime is not avaliable in the UAE, Qatar and China for as far as I know
