How do I stop all the pings on my iPhone 13

If your iPhone is ringing when you're not getting calls or notifications you might want to force restart it to see if the issues are persisting

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Turn on silent mode

And to turn on silent mode use the switch on the top left of your iPhone. Pulling it down will activate silent mode

Silent mode also turns off all phone calls
