YouTube Restricted mode always ON !!

On my MacBook pro youtube is always on restricted mode. Some videos are showing video unavailable, others I can't see comments.

I tried to use multiple browsers and youtube accounts but still the same. Even when I browsed YouTube without account signed-in, same restricted videos are not working.

All the time restriction mode setting is showing: "Turned on by your network administrator to help hide potentially mature videos." But issue happens when I'm connected to work network, home network or even I was connected to my iPhone hotspot.

Issue happened only on my MacBook, while on iPhone everything is working smoothly.

I see previous question with solution related to screen time, but for me it's disable already.
