i deleted the notes i need from out my recently deleted and i really need them back . please help

You permanently deleted the items, no recovery is possible.

When you delete notes from the recently deleted folder, they are permanently deleted and permanently deleted is well, permanent. Sorry, but there is nowhere to retrieve them from.
