My wallet only allows 4 states drivers licenses, I cannot input Illinois license

iPhones wallet has only 4 states to enter driver license

It looks there are only 3 states that allow Driver’s License in Apple Wallet, at least there’s only 3 that show up for me when I try to add mine. Is it possible to use this feature with a Pennsylvania license? Can a Pennsylvania License be stored in Apple Wallet?

Those ate the only states that currently allow it. https://learn.wallet.apple/id#states-list
