why is my battery health at 57%?

When I charge my phone it will say 100% but when I take it off the charger it will shut off and turn back on at 10% and when I checked the battery health it says 57%

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Because the battery has outlived its usable life. It needs to be replaced.

The battery should have been replaced when Battery Health / Maximum Capacity was at 80%.

If this is your iPhone 11 it’s clearly well past its healthy life (once it hit 80% it should have been replaced).
