Why won’t my watch work with Apple Pay but my phone ok cards are on both devices are say hold near reader but the watch card will say remove card when presented to the contactless reader tried everything removing cards of both devices and reinstalling then on to the watch first the iPhone but still N/G..

As long as you followed the directions provided in article, Set up Apple Pay on Apple Watch - Apple Support you should be set. If you have followed all the steps correctly, and the issue continues, contacting either Apple Support or the card issuer for assistance would be best.
