Changing default text wrap in Pages?

No, sorry. I can't see a way to change that default, even in a personal template.

You can pass feedback to Apple using the Pages menu > Provide pages Feedback.

Under Feedback Type, choose Feature Request and under Comments explain how your request will help you (and other users of Pages!)

1. Your profile shows iMac 27″, macOS 10.15 Are you still on macOS 10.15?
2. Where is automatic text wrap occurring? In a table?
3. What template are you using to create a new document?
