What does it mean if your Accounts has been Disabled ??? I’m extremely Frustrated …

My phone will Not Update Any of my Apps and the Message I am receiving is : Your Account has been Disabled … What exactly does this mean ???

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
