Trying to figure out where 99.99 is going due to the fair I made no purchase of that amount and my history on my Apple descriptions don’t have nothing that high so please explain with very great details why 99.99 thank you please fix this issue.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
The most important part is "View Your Purchase History." Do that.
If you history does NOT show the charge, then is is possible someone has access to your card/account number and is pretending to be Apple. It happened to us. If that is the case, Apple cannot fix this. Only your bank or card issuer can address fraudulent use.
If your history shows the charge, continues with instructions in that article.
NOTE: If you are using Apple's Family Sharing, you must change a view setting in the purchase history display to properly show all potential users:

On my cash app is saying apple.com is trying to take 99.99 from my cash app please explain why and how when I made no purchase of that amount
