My iCloud is full. I'm trying to upgrade my storage, but I'm getting a message "Your Account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes". How do I fix that?

iCloud is full, need to upgrade and can't enable my account.

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
