Apple TV never works on Roku

Every night on my roku I try to watch the morning show but every single night it says video unavailable. Tonight immediately after I tried the morning show I tried swan song it worked perfectly time. App tv works on phone for the show but when I try and screen share it to the Roku it says option unavailable. I’m getting frustrated cause what’s the point of Apple TV!!!! If it doesn’t work on said tv

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

Remove the Apple TV app,
Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
Wait 30 seconds,
Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
Reload the Apple TV app.

Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.

If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
