How to pull up highlights on apple books

I’m trying to look through all of the sections I highlighted in my book I’m reading in the Apple Books app. How do I do this? Or do I just have to scroll page to page

I've figured out how to highlight across multiple pages! In the old iBooks, the page turned automatically to continue the selection. In the new UI, this doesn't happen, so I thought this feature was gone. However, if you pull the selection to the boundary of the page and then turn the page manually, the selection remains, allowing you to adjust it and highlight or copy the text. Tap in the middle of the page to bring up the round-cornered box bottom right and tap on Bookmarks & Highlights.
