Backup Keynote

How do I backup Keynote presentations to usb stick without affecting the original presentions.

Copy Keynote files just as you would any other file, drag and drop the files on to the relevant drive using a Finder window.


Backup to a flash drive is not good practice as the hardware is not as reliable as other methods, they are fine for short term distribution of files. Instead back up to either an external hard drive or an SSD [slolid state Drive]
