Your Apple Card MasterCard account is associated with your Apple ID/iCloud account. If Apple Card is not appearing in your Wallet app, trying logging out of your Apple ID, restart your iPhone and then log back into your account.
The card should transfer automatically, but obviously isn’t perfect. It may also be listed in your Wallet under >Previous Cards<. If it is listed, just tap the card and see if it will add.
