There's a mysterious blank application that was blocked that I don't want to allow without knowing what it is first.

I too am seeing the same thing in my privacy and security settings and was wondering the same thing...

Perhaps this is a Defective Purchase?

Not sure wha the app is. I suggest contacting Apple Support, and have the overview your Purchase History with you. Ask if any of these apps has this as a known glitch in the app. Screenshot what you are seeing, so they can see this firsthand, form YOUR perspective.
