Touch ID disappeared on imac
I had Touch ID on Imac
then it just disappeared
there is not Touch ID when I click on system settings...
it is just gone

Hi, I posted a similar query re update to Sonoma 14.1.1 Found an answer - for me at least - from a user. Turn off keyboard for a while then turn back on and the Touch ID preferences appear so you can add your fingerprint again. Just another lovely Apple quirk to keep us on or toes!!!
