ventura 13.6 update problem

After installing Ventura 13.6 upgrade it wont start. I press power and the Apple logo shows for 2 esconds, that's it. If i press power again its does nothing. Then i press power for 10 sec and nothing. I try again but nothing happens if i dont press for 10sec again.

If i try recovery i press and hold power for 10sec it shows "Continue holding for startup options" then "Loading startup options" and then black screen. If i try again nothing happens unless i press again for 10sec. It looks like it has to hard shutdown 1st.
