My add payment method button doesn't work

When I go to add a new payment method the words “Add payment method” are grey and when I click them nothing happens

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Im unable to add payment method because it grey out the option Whenever I try to make an app purchase it directs me to add a payment method even though I’ve added payment as UPI. And when I try to add a new payment method it grey out the option or doesn’t show anything just blank.
