Picked up my new Iphone 15 Pro today and it's connecting to the WiFi, but not the internet. There is nothing wrong with my internet, no outages reported. My other computers and previous Iphone are connecting to the internet just fine.

After troubleshooting following the steps provided below, I'm still experiencing issues with my network connections. My phone shows I am connected to my router, however, when I try to use my social media apps, or log into any of my other apps, I keep seeing "Check Network Connection" alerts. I also noticed my VPN under settings on my iPhone is glitching (e.g. keeps switching on an off rapidly without me touching my phone.) Also, all of our smart devices in our home are connected to wifi with no issues whatsoever. Could this possibly be a glitch or bug issue with the iPhone 15s that needs to be reviewed asap? Are there any other steps to help rectify this issue? I just received my phone today and it has been unnecessarily challenging to set my device up than any iPhone I have owned over the past 12 years. Thanks in advance for your help!
If anyone still has this issue: download a vpn! If you notice your VPN in your settings glitching, that is why your phone won't connect to wifi. Download a VPN app.
That's a ridiculous answer. Everyone, at least in Canada is having issues with connecting iPhone 15 pro to any wifi. i was in Toronto last week and could not send emails or access wifi. Meanwhile my wife was home in NB and had the same problems. This is not our internet providers fault.
Hello Andrei1981,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see you have some questions about your iPhone not connecting to a network, and we'd like to help. The following link may be able to assist, as it walks through what to do if your phone won't connect: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
1) Make sure that your router is on and that you're within range
If you're too far from your Wi-Fi router, you can't get a signal, so make sure that you're within range.
2) Make sure that Wi-Fi is on and that you can see your network
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and make sure that Wi-Fi is on. Tap the name of your Wi-Fi network to join. A blue checkmark beside a network name means that you're connected.
If you see Auto Join disabled under Settings > Wi-Fi > [Your Network], tap the More Info button and then tap Auto-Join.
3) If asked, enter your Wi-Fi password
If asked, enter the password for your Wi-Fi network. Get help if you don't know your password.
Even if you enter the correct password, you might see an "unable to join the network" message or an "incorrect password" message. Restart all of your devices, then try to enter your password again.
4) Check for issues with your Wi-Fi network
If iOS or iPadOS detects an issue with your Wi-Fi connection, you might see a Wi-Fi recommendation under the name of the Wi-Fi network that you're connected to. For example, you might see the alert "No Internet Connection." To get more information, tap the Wi-Fi network.
5) Check your cables and connections
If you still can't connect to your network or get online, make sure that your router is connected to the modem and turned on.
6) Restart
Restart your iOS or iPadOS device.
Restart your router and cable or DSL modem by unplugging the device and then plugging it back in.
After you restart each device, see if you fixed the issue.
7) Reset your network settings
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Let us know if this helps.
Regards.
Same here and it's such a hassle. What did APPLE do to help? I just can't with this network issue. My network provider told me it's my phone that has a problem and not my network
