Keyboard typing double characters

I have iPhone 13 when typing a number it duplicates the number how can I fix this

My iPad is doing the same thing every time I type something it repeats it but then I go to erase only what it wrote on it’s own then it erases all I wrote then I tried again and it just keeps doing it also it talks and says just random things it won’t stop I don’t know if the iPad is broken somehow should apple fix this for free it seems like it’s a apple fault not mine

Mee too. Brand new iPhone 13 mini, returned it because of that, and brand new device (again) as a replacement has the exact same issue.

Tried to remove portective glass, tried factory reset, tried factory reset with no Apple ID connected. Nothing helps.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Touch Accommodations, then turn on Touch Accommodations. Then turn on ignore repeat. It resets every time you wipe your phone

I fixed this by going to General > Keyboards Under All Keyboards turn all options off.

Test in Notes. If it works you can start turning options back on and test them one by one.
