Yeah I'm having the same exact issue. I have an iphone 14 Pro Max and recorded the 12 hour mandatory recording requirement and after all that the personal Voice is stuck at "0". I thought maybe it was because I had a few cocktails during the recording session and unbeknownst to me I may had inadvertently slurred a word here or there. Coupled with my rather strong Georgia accent it's highly possible some of my words were received incorrectly. 🙄🙄😂. But seeing quite a number of other iphone peeps are having the same dag gum problem, it must not have been my impaired *** after all. Apple must be the impaired one. So after all that rambling I digress..... So does anyone know how to fix this chit? 😂😘 I'm out! ✌🏼🍸🍸🍻🍾. OH yeah and P.S. if any developer can guide my redneck ars to the Land of Working Personal Voices, I'll buy the first round. 🍻 Peace!

Then Force Restart your iPhone, and give it another go.

Make sure you are plugged into a USB-C charger. This didn’t work for me when my charger port was plugged in with a USB-A charger.

Well shiver me timbers. Whatever the pluck that is. And several questions about the same thing have all gone unanswered. I think all the Apple developer's are younger University of Phoenix peeps that are on the 20 year plan to make sure they absorb all the info before they let 'em loose in the big boy (and girl) chat room.
