Since updating to iOS 17.0.1 my recent calls appear on another iPhone with the same AppleID/icloud. Before this update it did not occur. Handoff remained switched off.
I noted that this happened during previous updates as well and was solved by updating the iOS to a newer version. Thanks for the heads up. Sander

Looks like Apple has decided for you regarding what you really wanted.
Unless Apple chooses to change things in a future update, you will see the same recent calls on all devices that are using the same Apple ID.
