UAD Console icon bouncing and not opening on mac OS Ventura

I could not get UAD Console to work after upgrading to mac OS Ventura, even after installing the latest UAD software, uninstalling, and reinstalling multiple times. The additional step that I was missing was deleting the UAD content in the Library/Preferences folder. After I did that, in addition to uninstalling the UAD software, everything went back to normal. In fact, my iMac started running faster! Probably freed up some rogue daemon that was hogging up CPU and memory.

Follow these steps to uninstall the UAD software COMPLETELY, restart your Mac, and reinstall the latest UAD software: https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051069691--Mac-UAD-Uninstall-Reinstall-Procedure-

Worked for me, I hope it does for you too!

I can confirm this behaviour on Mac Studio Ultra M2 with Mac OS Sonoma.

Opening the console from the dock makes the icon bounce for a couple of minutes, then it just stops as if nothing happened.

When opening it from the top-right UAD icon in the menu bar, the console window opens.

Oddly enough, it puts the console icon in the dock (at the right side) and this icon bounces for minutes before it "rests". I'm simply ignoring this piece of the show ;-)
