Optimised battery charging stopped working on iPhone after update

Hello, can you help me please. Since updating my iphone to ios 17, optimized battery charging stopped working. On ios 16 it worked fine, every knight it charged till 80 percent and wrote notification that it would charge other 20% in the morning. It was best function for me. But since updating to ios 17 it stopped. Optimized battery charging is turned on, also location services, system customization

And significant locations are also turned on. Do i have to wait some days, but I’m waiting for this funcion since ios 17 update evening😞or what should i do to return back my favorite function? Please help. Thank you in advance

"With iPhone 15 models, you can choose between Optimized Battery Charging, 80% Limit, and None.

When you choose 80% Limit, your iPhone will charge up to about 80 percent and then stop charging. If the battery charge level gets down to 75 percent, charging will resume until your battery charge level reaches about 80 percent again." Hi everyone,

Same thing on my end. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, with the current iOS 17.1.1 Update installed. Before, on iOS 16, the battery would charge fine over night with optimized battery charging enabled. Even in the iOS 17 open preview it still worked fine.

Since moving to the official iOS 17 version, the phone says that it’s actively charging (as in the charging is not paused), but in the morning I would be left with less battery charge than the when I went to bed.

Just this morning I temporarily disabled optimized charging and re-plugged my phone, just to get a full battery.

Hello, exactly same here on my iphone 12 pro. I tried everything, everything is as it should be, location services, system and of course optimized battery charging, i also tried turning this functions off and on again, force restart, but unfortunately nothing helps. It’s my favorite function. Can’t do anything.

This does not answer that question for those owners of earlier model iPhones such as the iPhone XS Max.

Same here , used to be fine, no longer works since iOS 17. Subsequent updates still haven’t sorted it out.

No it doesn’t. Since the iOS 17 update it just charges to 100%. Subsequent updates have made no difference.
