iPad mini activation problem
I have a mini iPad that needs to be activated. But we can't remember the apple id or password. It is linked to my list of devices.

The iPad belongs to my uncle and linked to his apple id and he passed away two years ago and even before that he was sick and forgot his data. But since I was using it long ago, It is linked to my list of devices when I signed in with my apple id but sadly I can not activated using my id. It requested his id. I only remember the passcode.
Any help?
