Hi, i bought a second hand iphone 12 pro max is it possible that previous owner still has the device on find my app?

its not that i have his info on the phone, the phone was put on factory settings. What i question is that the device is still on his icloud acc and when he is on his new phone and opens find my app he has his old device still saved if he didnt manualy removed it.

If you were able to configure your iPhone 12 and set your own Apple ID, the previous owner has no longer access to this iPhone, in particular its location.
Did the phone open to the “hello” screen for you to set it up? If so, the previous owners information was removed.
