hi! I am from Greece and I will be visiting NY this November. I would like to purchase an iPhone 15 pro from the Apple Store but recently I found out that US models only support an esim which isn’t a thing in Greece. I was wondering if they also carry international models that support a regular sim

The iPhone 15 lines don't have eSim card slots you will have to use a data plan in the USA.
All new iPhones sold in the U.S. are esim only. There is no “international” iPhone. Any phone purchased in the U.S. will not have any warranty coverage in Greece.
