Time Machine couldn’t complete the backup to “One Touch”

When was "One Touch" introduced? I never had a problem with clicking Time Machine "Back Up Now" and having the machine immediately begin back up. Now i get this message about One Touch.

It's a 2021 14" MBP running Ventura 13.5.2

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.0

"One Touch" is your external Seagate drive...

ref: One Touch: Ultra-Small, Portable External SSD, HDD, & Hub

if you have an issue try a different external drive and compare your results.
