What is the pulsing orange dot on Apple watch face?

I shut off all timers and stopwatch but it's still there. When I tap on it, it goes to alarms but all alarms are shut off. This just appeared today. I didn't set anything on the watch or phone. It is annoying.

I fixed it. The alarms were still there but shut off. I deleted all of them and orange dot is gone.

It’s a finished timer indicator. Tap it or go to timers and dismiss it.

An orange dot means you have an unread notification. Swipe down on the watch face to read it.

I think you are confusing this with the red dot which is the notification indicator.
