The Certificate Trust entry is absolutely standard on every iPhone. The only thing which might vary from time to time is the date, depending when your certificates were last updated. They are installed by default when the phone's software is installed by Apple.

The Work or School login is simply a link to take you to the screen where you can enter your login credentials IF (repeat IF) you have a Work or School account you wish to use.

Both pages appear on every single iPhone regardless of who owns it or how it is configured. There is nothing you have posted so far to suggest there is any problem or compromise on your iPhone.

No one put anything on your phone.

There is no 'work and school app'. You tap there if you want to sign that phone into a work or school account. It is on EVERY iPhone.

Ditto the 'trust certificate'. The exact version number will vary depending on numerous factors, but the trust certificate is always there and MUST be there in order for you to make secure connections to websites.

Hi Lyssa thank you for responding. I don’t know who put this stuff on my phone. Well I kinda do they just won’t admi it or help.

Your certificate trust store version is slightly out of date (as 2023071300 is available with iOS 17 and maybe also earlier), but what you’ve shown is otherwise entirely normal and expected, and is not an indication of a compromise. So that’s not an issue here.

Getting locked out of specific settings might mean parental controls or focus or screen time is enabled. Which controls?

I don’t work or go to school. Thank you for replying . I will figure it out somehow. The bad thing is that I can’t open personal account that I have on my phone, when I try I get a message and it says that it is not safe to open . There has been a lot of strange things going on in settings that I did not do It’s been a real pain.

Trust Store: you’re using the trust store to access this webpage, among its many other and very fundamental uses.

VPNs and profiles: there are lots of folks that (and somewhat inexplicably) use add-on first-few-hops VPN clients (to badly solve a problem which hasn’t existed for a decade or so), and other folks can become employees or students and need to access those settings.

Both of those are normal and expected and part of every iOS install, too.

I do not know what is meant by “open personal account” here.

A personal account for what?

Please post a screenshot of the error message, as a starting point.

Undoubtedly. Please describe the issues you are encountering.
