Return used 1 day old iPhone 15
I’ve just got my new iPhone 15 but only realised that I should’ve got the 15 pro for the better zoom. I’ve used the phone for 1 day and it says I’m not eligible for a refund. Is the right ?

From Apple, you have 14 days, from the date of purchase, to return it for a full refund. From anyone else, their own return policy would apply.
