Return used 1 day old iPhone 15

I’ve just got my new iPhone 15 but only realised that I should’ve got the 15 pro for the better zoom. I’ve used the phone for 1 day and it says I’m not eligible for a refund. Is the right ?

Depends on who you bought it from.

From Apple, you have 14 days, from the date of purchase, to return it for a full refund. From anyone else, their own return policy would apply.

Thanks Phil ..I bought from Apple Store online - on 0 % interest free credit,

when I click on it to return it says not eligible for refund and limited warranty …I’m totally confused as thought I had 14 days .

You will need to contact Apple Support directly. The credit status may be causing the return to not be available.
