I have the airpods pro 2nd gen. Usually the location updates frequently but i have lost my airpods and the location hasn’t been updated in 23 hours. i tried to use the sound and location finder but it wouldn’t connect to the airpods.

If your AirPods are not showing a location or are showing as offline, the information from the "If your AirPods are "Offline" or show "No location found"" section, referenced below, will provide additional detail:
• If your AirPods are out of range or need to charge, you might see their last known location. You might also see "Offline" or "No location found."
• You might be able to get directions to their last known location — but you won't be able to play a sound or use Find Nearby.
• If they come back online, you get a notification on your iPhone (or other Apple device that you use them with).

Hi, I have my airpods connected to to find my iphone but when closed they never update their location.
Is there a problem with mine or is common?
If Im using them in X location, closed them and then get to my house, they dont update until I open them.
The same thing happened to me. My air pods max has been lost since yesterday and the location hasn’t updated. I also pressed the sound button and the iPhone didn’t connected.
