my apple watch is stuck on unapiring on the watch app and i tried to earse from icloud

hey i got a new apple watch after i paired it it was turned off, after a power off it went back to set.

then i had to earse it from the watch app cuz the watch is not set as well, but it has been 10 hours and the watch on the watch app is still loading and not unpaired yet.

i tried to delete it from icloud but nothing change

what should i do?
