"Listen to Page" feature stopped working on Safari Go to any given web page, ie news site article, WordPress powered blog post, virtually any of the 2/3 of the World Wide Web. Click the “show reader” icon in safari on iOS and select the “Listen to Page” option …nothing happens. This feature works if you hard reboot your iPhone and then eventually stops working for unknown reasons. Can Apple bother to please fox this. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

podcast app allows browser access IOS 15.6 Restrictions have been set so that Safari is disabled. If I go to a Podcast Episode and view the related information. The links in the Episode notes respect the browser restriction. If I go to any links for the Podcast description they trigger the browser. Can the developers get this fixed please.

In my case, “Listen to Page” was disabled in Safari on iOS 17, when the webpage was in English.

I had to go to Settings > Siri & Search, and change the language to English. It used to be in my native language.

On a side note, you may want to avoid Settings > Safari > Require Face ID to Unlock Private Browsing. Indeed, when this setting is enabled, “Listen to Page” stops as soon as your phone is inactive.
