After updating to IOS17, Siri will no longer perform any action. She won't turn on lights, or even tell me the time. Just beeps 3 times and then says something went wrong. I disabled Siri and set her up again, and still the same issue.

Troubleshooting SIRI Issues:

A. Start here: If "Hey Siri" isn't Working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

B. Report this to Apple:

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it.

2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that this all began after installing and update, and how you have troubleshot it this far. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed from there aw necessary
