Macbook does not wake using bluetooth devices.

Not the best but Turn OFF the bluetooth Device when in Sleep Mode

When ready to use the computer again, first turn On the Bluetooth Device and allow it to reconnect to machine

Perhaps this method will allow waking from Sleep Mode.

Reading from another similar question, the writer suggests the Advance Bluetooth Option to Awake from Sleep was removed in Ventura

I can not verify myself as it has been a while since using Monterey

As of 9-22-23, the most current version of Ventura is 13.6. I recommend you update as it has important security updates.
